Safari Grove Trails (hereafter referred to as “the Company”) provides services to its clients with respect to adventure safaris in the Pearl of Africa. Please read these terms and conditions (“Terms”) carefully before using our services.
By using the services provided by the Company, you agree to be bound by these Terms and all other policies, terms, and conditions applicable to the Company’s services. Please review all policies before using the Company’s services. The Company reserves the right to modify these Terms at any time, so please review them frequently. Your continued use of the Company’s services will signify your acceptance of any changes.
The Company provides custom-tailored safari experiences for its clients. Adventure safaris are offered in the Pearl of Africa, with an emphasis on conservation and sustainability. Services include, but are not limited to, transportation, safari guides, accommodations, meals, and any other services necessary to provide a truly unique and memorable safari experience.
The Company requires payment in full prior to the safari experience. Prices are provided upon request and include all related services. Prices are subject to change without prior notice. All payments are to be made using the Company’s preferred method of payment.
The Company reserves the right to cancel any safari due to unforeseen circumstances. Clients may cancel their safaris up to 14 days prior to their departure date for a full refund. If a safari is cancelled within 14 days of departure, no refund will be issued. The Company reserves the right to deny refunds for cancellations made within 7 days of the departure date.
The Company is not liable for any damage, injury, or death that may occur during the course of a safari. The Company is not responsible for any losses sustained due to theft, weather, or other unforeseen circumstances. The Company is not liable for any damages caused by acts of God, civil unrest, or other similar occurrences.
